Must be 16 years old
Have a valid freediving certification
Be able to dive to 10m (33ft) in open water
Costa Rican Spearfishing License, you can purchase it online here for $56.50

If divers show up hungover, drunk, or under the influence your trip will be cancelled without refund.
50% deposit required. 2 week / 14 day cancellation policy. Any Trip cancelled 14 days or less before trip will forfeit deposit.
