Generalmente se lleva a cabo durante 2 días. El Curso de Pesca Submarina Evolution Nivel 1 incluye como mínimo lo siguiente:
5 horas de teoría sobre la pesca con arpón en aula
2 horas de uso básico de equipo y atado de nudos
2 horas de linea y buceo de arrecife en aguas abiertas
3 horas de pesca con arpón en arrecifes

I completed my free diving certification with Charleen, and it took a total of two days: the first day was spent in pool training, and the second in open water. I had an amazing time during the course, discovering new capabilities of my body....
I am SO grateful for my experiences with Freediving Uvita. My friend and I opted to do a freediving training with them, and then a visit to Caño island. They were helpful, accommodating, and a lot of fun to work with throughout the entire process.
Just got back from a spearfishing trip with the team. Great vibes all morning, I felt super safe and well-taken-care-of. Sylvain and the crew are the right team for the job, that's for sure. Also, speared 4 fish while getting to see 3 different reefs all in one morning! Epic!
Had an amazing day with this team! They were informative, fun, professional, and super encouraging. To be honest I was thinking of stopping after a few dives because I couldn’t get the hang of it at first. Sylvain offered me a new perspective, a visualization exercise and on my last dive I hit 10 meters. Highly recommended!
