About the Experience

Generally taking place over 4 days. The Evolution Spearfishing – Advanced Spearo Couse at a minimum consists of the following:

  • 5 hours of spearfishing theory in a classroom
  • 4 hours basic rigging & knot tying session
  • 4 Hours open water line and reef diving session
  • 3 hours reef hunt
  • 8 Hours blue water hunt
  • Evolution Spearfishing Course Manual
  • Spearfishing Safety Procedures & Precautions
  • Hunting techniques
  • Freediving Techniques
  • Fishing Conservation
  • Gear Familiarization
  • Demonstrate understanding of all safety standards
  • Integrate Hunting techniques covered
  • Conduct dives without intervention of instructor
  • Complete and pass a final exam with 80% or higher
