This certification is an advanced, semi-professional level course. It bridges the gap between deep recreational diving and professional instruction, focusing heavily on advanced mental techniques (like attention deconcentration) and Mouthfill equalization to safely cross the threshold of your lungs' residual volume (RV).
1. Course Prerequisites
Age: Minimum 16 years old (with parental consent) or 18 years old.
Certification: Active Molchanovs Wave 2 (or Lap 2) certificate, or an equivalent certification from another major agency (AIDA 3, SSI Level 2, PADI Advanced, etc.) via a crossover evaluation.
First Aid: A valid CPR/First Aid certificate issued within the last 2 years.
Health: A completed medical screening form (and physician sign-off if required).
2. Typical Course Schedule (5 Days)
A standard Wave 3 course spans 5 intensive days split between academic, dry, pool, and open-water sessions:
Pre-Course: Self-study of the online Molchanovs manual and passing the digital theory exam.
