Health: A completed medical screening form (and physician sign-off if required).

Answers to your top questions

What is freediving?

Freediving is underwater exploration on a single breath, without tanks or heavy gear. It’s a calm, natural way to connect with the ocean.

Is freediving safe?

Yes. All activities follow strict safety protocols and are led by certified instructors. Safety briefings and buddy systems are always included.

Do I need experience?

No experience is required. Courses are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced divers.

What equipment is required?

You’ll need a mask, snorkel, fins, and wetsuit. All gear is provided, or you can bring your own if preferred.

How much do courses cost?

Pricing depends on course type and duration. Visit our course pages for current rates and package details.

What marine life can I see?

You may see dolphins, turtles, manta rays, reef fish, and—seasonally—humpback whales. Sightings vary by season and location.
