Weather Contingency

Safety first. If a fishing day is cancelled by the captain due to weather, we will substitute land-based activities or a sheltered-water outing where possible. Weather cancellations do not constitute grounds for refund.

Liability & Insurance

Spearfishing carries inherent risk. Every guest signs a standard liability waiver before the first outing. We strongly recommend travel and dive insurance with evacuation cover.

Passports & Permits

Guests are responsible for valid passports (6+ months from entry) and any visas required. Spearfishing licences are included and arranged by us.

Catch Policy

We respect Costa Rican fishing regulations and closed seasons. Billfish are catch-and-release only. We hunt for the table, not for the trophy.
