The folks at Freediving Uvita provide a superb and highly personal experience. They are engaged with the ocean and with their community. As a new freediver, I feel tremendously lucky to have been taught and certified by Charline. Sheās fantastic.
Super recommended for all those people who want to start or know more about free diving; I took a two-day course (1 day pool session, 2 day open water in the ocean) on the recommendation of a friend as a beginner without having any knowledge of the subject and I really enjoyed and learned a lot thanks to the instructor Silvany, an experience that without I certainly want to repeat where you will learn several techniques that will help you improve in just a couple of days.The practice in open water or in the ocean takes place within the waters of the Marino Ballena National Park, which is an incredible place, with the best visibility and with luck you will also be able to see other animals such as dolphins, turtles, fish and even whales during the season.The super professional instructor, patient and very clear with his instructions, in addition to always accompanying you and making you feel safe at all times and with him you can also obtain your certification, I totally recommend this experience with Free Diving Uvita and I assure you that you will fall in love with this10/10

Amazing!I recently did the Level 1 freediver course here, and it was an incredibly fulfilling experience.Charline and Sylvain, the instructors, were absolutely amazing. Their blend of professionalism and warmth was truly remarquable.The course was well-structured, with the theoretical aspects presented in an organised and comprehensive manner. When it came to the practical sessions, they were incredibly reassuring, especially for someone new to freediving. Charline had this great balance between challenging us to push our limits while being keenly aware of our comfort zones, providing constant reassurance along the way.Iām very excited to continue my freediving journey with them as my guides and instructors. The club is a great way to meet new people from the community, even if youāre just passing through. Sylvain and Charlene explain the techniques very thoroughly and easy to understand. Then they provide feedback for corrections. Excited to be learning proper free diving techniques and having fun!

thanks to the trainings with sylvan and Charlyn i have been avaible to improve my time underwater in freediving and now i can go easy down to 30 meters. this free diving trainig also help me in my surfing activities.Indeed freediving uvita is a perfect option for anyone looking to learn the art of the free diving.
